Tammy Tinkle-- first priority is making certain her customers find the perfect home for their needs. That is much more important than the actual sale, she says.
 

She became interested in real estate sales by observing the career of her mother, Linda Tinkle, a top producer also with Coldwell Banker Southern Homes.
 

Tinkle is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and a certified Buyer Representative as well as an Accredited Buyer Representative. She is a multi-million dollar producer and has received many awards and accolades.
 

Two trends that she sees in the local real estate market are continued steady growth and low interest rates.  She also suggests that they know exactly what they can afford and have all their paperwork in order.

For first time sellers, she recommends that they simply have their house in order.
 

A lifelong resident of Beaumont, Tinkle is a Forest Park High School graduate. She was the president for the Women's Council of REALTORS for 2004.
